Tucked away on a quiet lane in the Sidi Mimoun district, facing the Royal Palace, Riad Sasha reopened in 2024 after a complete renovation.
Hand-painted zellige tiles, tadelakt plaster, carved wood: every room pays tribute to Moroccan craftsmanship, without ever giving up the comfort of a modern stay. Around a central patio, three ensuite bedrooms welcome up to six guests.
A generous, fully equipped kitchen, a quiet workspace, daily housekeeping: the whole riad is privatised just for you, like a real home. Right next to the Royal Palace, the neighbourhood is guarded day and night — there's no lobby, no comings and goings, just the calm of one of the medina's most peaceful and secure neighbourhoods. And breakfast is served every morning, on the house.

A private pool up on the terrace
Upstairs, open to the sky, the private pool clad in black-and-white zellige; downstairs, the traditional patio that draws the light in. Two places to slow down: a quiet coffee in the morning, a dip in the late afternoon, dinner under the stars.
The rooftop terrace opens onto a 360° view over the rooftops of the medina and, in the distance, the Atlas Mountains.
